Critique of Email Followup Sequence

Write up any suggested changes to the process, so that visitors understand that their message has been sent & when they’ll get a response.

Hi,
I saw your task “Evaluate our email flow after a visitor submits a contact us form ” on Acadium.com.

I went through your contact form, but I didn’t get any follow up email messages.

I would like to make a few suggestions to improve your form and follow up:

– Change the headline “Ask Us Anything. Anytime” to ” Generate More Sales from Your Website!”

– Add specific questions on the message section of your form. Ask questions such as:
1. What are you hoping to accomplish? More sales, More leads,
2. When are you planning to get started on your project?
3. Are there any specific challenges you need help with?
4. What is your budget for optimizing your response rates?

– Send a PDF brochure / information kit on your followup email. Include information about your fees, your methods, portfolio, philosophy, background, etc.

– Wait a few days, then contact the prospect by email. Ask if they had a chance to review your info kit. Ask if they are interested in a free consultation.

– Use a scheduling app such as Calendly to allow potential clients to set up a call or online chat to discuss a low-risk introductory CRO project.
